6th Grade

Students were able to:

  • Draw and interpret visual representations of objects.
  • When designing products, move fluidly among real-world, isometric, and multi view sketches.
  • Communicate information using engineering drawings and measurement conventions.

Manufacturing of Pencil Holder

Students are currently using a variety of tools and machinery to craft their custom pencil holders.


Green Architecture

Students were able to:

  • Show how the components of a structural system work together to serve a structural function.(house) 
  • Use a variety of materials and tools to construct a prototype house w/ components that include the foundation, decking, wall, and roofing. 

Drafting Floor plan

Students were able to:
  • Draft a bedroom floor plan
  • Use building design software that architects and designers use to recreate floor plan. *Student work*


Solid Modeling II
Students are currently designing and digitally fabricating(3d printing) products.




Automation and Robotics: Mechanical Systems
Students were able to:

  • Design, build and program automated systems to meet the needs of clients









Students are wrapping up their lesson 1 finals.
